We had the honor of speaking at a recent meeting of the Camden Maine Lions Club. This group of community members takes such good care of Come Spring Food Pantry! It was a pleasure to see everyone and update them on our accomplishments this year, along with the struggles we’re facing. The audience was so gracious and were very interested in how the pantry was doing.
Then – they blew our minds!
In addition to the regular support they provide, they donated $2,000 to the pantry, PLUS another huge load of nonperishable food!!
We’d like to share our gratitude for the fact that this group has come together and has chosen to make it their mission to help Come Spring Food Pantry, and other area organizations. You’re work and partnership are making a HUGE difference for so many throughout the Midcoast.
