Some amazing chickens , along with their humans Tim and Karen Schau, donated over $500 from all the eggs they laid for you all to purchase this season!!!! This is an annual tradition for the Schaus. And when they brought the annual check over to CSFP this year, they also brought several boxes of canned goods and other non-perishable food as well!
We’d like to say THANK YOU to the Schaus, the chickens, and all of you who purchased these awesome eggs!! Your kindness and continued support of the pantry really makes a difference in the lives of SO many.
We’re also thrilled to report that the chickens (and the Schau family) are at it again for 2026! Just look for the beautiful, hand-painted sign and you’ll find local, tasty eggs, from happy chickens, that also support food security for your neighbors.
